In an interview with the Washington Examiner, Trump said that he is absolutely considering breaking up the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He said, "There are many people that want to break up the 9th Circuit. It’s outrageous." This comment came the day after U.S. District Judge William Orrick blocked Trump's attempt at keeping resources from sanctuary cities.
