Donald Trump suggested that undocumented immigrants living in the United States aren't "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States because they are here without proper authorization and therefore any children they have on US soil shouldn't qualify for US Citizenship. However, if that were to play out in real life, any undocumented immigration would be able to be arrested because they aren't subject to the laws of the United States.

“The Constitution does not — I say that to the media — does not require it — read it — because illegal aliens are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.”
