Donald Trump instructed United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley to vote against a UN resolution condemning countries that sentence individuals who have gay sex to death. The Administration claims they were "disappointed to have to vote against this resolution" because they wanted a more "balanced and inclusive resolution that would better reflect the positions of states that continue to apply the death penalty lawfully, as the United States does."
