Donald Trump insisted he has the legal right to interfere in criminal cases the Department of Justice is conducting mere hours after the Attorney General publicly pleaded with him to let him do his job without interference. Trump was responding to AG Barr's dubious claim that he has never "asked [him] to do anything in a criminal case" when he doubled down and said that he absolutely did have the right to do whatever he wanted.
