President Trump attended a rally to support Matt Rosendale, a candidate for the Montana Senate. Later in the speech, Trump bragged about inflated numbers and bashed the Democratic party. He said he'd created over 400,000 manufacturing jobs, and the Dems said they were going away. The job numbers had been increasing steadily since 2010. At the time of his speech, the BLS reported 348,000 jobs had been added, but also indicated that his tariff war was taking a toll on manufacturing.
