After President Trump met with the United Nations for three days in New York City, he held a news conference. While addressing the reporters, Trump made an unsubstantiated claim that Obama was ready to go to war with North Korea, and if he hadn't been elected, "you would have had a war and you would have lost millions, not thousands."
