In a closed door meeting with Evangelical leaders, President Trump claimed they were in danger of losing everything that he had worked for. He also claimed that if the GOP loses that the other side will "quickly and violently" overturn everything they had done. He furthered his point by saying it will be a referendum on not only their religion, but free speech and the First amendment.
