Donald Trump's cabinet is now complete. It just so happens to be the first Cabinet since Ronald Reagan's that doesn't have a Latino member. Trump gave his final opening of Secretary of Agriculture to former Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue. Sean Spicer stated that the absence of Latinos in Trump's administration shouldn't considered be a breach of his promise to represent all Americans. Spicer said, "He is here to serve all people."
