In an Oval Office interview with Hill.TV’s John Solomon and Buck Sexton, Trump reignited his beef with Attorney General Jeff Sessions. He implied he didn't have an Attorney General because he decided to recuse himself from the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, which led to the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller who continued to push the investigation on Trump, an investigation which the president called a "witch hunt." Trump added onto his criticism of Sessions by knocking his performance on border security.
