After President Trump met with the United Nations for three days in New York City, he held a news conference. While addressing the reporters, Trump made an unsubstantiated claim that Obama was ready to go to war with North Korea, and if he hadn't been elected, the U.S. would be at war with North Korea. After making the claim, he began to ramble incoherently about how many people would die, "--not thousands. Millions of people would have been killed."
