House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes said he had seen evidence that members of the Trump transition teams were surveilled through 'incidental collection' of data following the Presidential election. Nunes said "It looks to me like it was all legally collected" and answered the question about Obama tapping Trump's phones with "that never happened". Even still, Trump felt this was good enough to support his baseless claim that Obama illegally wiretapped his phones in Trump tower.
