President Trump wrote an op-ed for USA Today, regarding a program promoted by Sen. Bernie Sanders to expand Medicare to all Americans, which was known as Medicare-for-All. Trump wrote that Sanders' plan would make it to where seniors would no longer be able to depend on benefits they were promised, which wasn't based on any facts. Sanders said he would first improve Medicare for seniors by eliminating deductibles. Sander's proposal would have improved benefits for seniors, not take them away.
