President Trump held a Rally in Huntington, W.Va. for Patrick Morrisey, the Republican challenger to Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin. During his speech, Trump lied to the crowd that only 3% of immigrants showed up to immigration court proceedings after being apprehended and released. The Justice Department reported that in 2017 28% didn't show up, which was far from the 97% Trump claimed.
