During a rally in Iowa, Trump said he wasn't making it easy to win the support of Democrats, and that he hadn't been completely pro bipartisan.

Trump said Democrats weren't willing to work with Republicans, in regard to pending health care legislation. He also said that even if the GOP created the "greatest health care plan in the history of the world" the Democrats still wouldn't support it.
