President Trump took undeserved credit for companies investing billions in the US and creating tens of thousands of new US jobs. Many of these companies already made these announcements before Trump took office. During Trump's Joint Address to Congress, he said "Since my election, Ford, Fiat-Chrysler, General Motors, Sprint, Softbank, Lockheed, Intel, Wal-Mart and many others have announced that they will invest billions of dollars in the United States and will create tens of thousands of new American jobs."
