Donald Trump's behavior as President has forced a large number of CEO's of major companies to apologize to their foreign business partners for his conduct. The number is jarring considering the vast majority of Fortune 500 CEO's are members of the Republican Party. According to a survey of CEO's at Yale's "CEO Summit," 72% said that Trump was not effectively leading U.S. national security, 87% said his negotiating style had cost the country the trust of major allies, and 75% say they have apologized to foreign business partners for Trump's behavior as President.
